Taking full advantage of the mature Elm and Pecan trees, the two homes are positioned to maximize their own outdoor spaces - including dramatic treehouse-like balconies.
Schematic Design
CoXist’s minimalist design cues off the scale and gable-roof forms of the neighborhood, then carves out sculptural shapes to bring mass, and invite-in the natural light.
